Studio Art Pottery Candleholders Studio art pottery candleholders. Super nice looking art pottery. These look like Pewabic Pottery but they are not signed; could be another art pottery company. No chips or cracks; dragonfly design. They do not look too old but they have table protectors on the bottoms which can make it hard to judge their true age. They are 4.75 long x 2.75 wide and about 3/4 inch thick. Gorgeous pieces that can fit into an arts & crafts room perfectly even if not quite from that era! 5/15

budvase40414

Vintage Staffordshire Bud Vase Vintage Staffordshire yellow bud vase. Triple fence and tree bud vase. This vase is not marked but an identical one that had a stamp mark was shown on another website. Made by Empire Works, Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire England around 1934. The stamp mark must have worn off this one or they forgot to stamp it. This vase is 5.25 tall x 7.5 wide. Some crazing and a hairline on bottom that circles the bottom horizontal fencing and has a tiny fleaite near the hairline. A rather neat item despite the flaw. You can seal that with superglue to prevent any further damage. You could display it with vintage flower frogs in a mini-terrarium; put some silk flowers in it, e.g., trailing ivy.
Circa: 1934

custard110908

Vintage Custard Glass Assortment For sale is a vintage custard glass assortment. 4 items for one price! The glass items were made by the Wheaton Glass Co., Milville, N.J. Included is a pair of candlesticks, a covered jar, and a beaker style jar. The covered jar is either a strange looking creamer, or it is for powder, talc, deodorant, or shaving soap; and the beaker might be a shaving mug, which is what I would use it for. You could set these on a vintage platter or vanity tray in your new made to look vintage powder room! A shaving brush will fit nicely into the beaker. No chips or cracks; just a bit of wear off the gold on beaker/creamer. Bottom of jar & beaker has a 'W' in a circle; bottom of candlesticks are marked: #11 and #13. I did see the candlesticks for sale on another site which dated them to 1970. The other items in the picture are being sold separately, (the platter w/doily, shaving brush).

Cranberry Op Vintage Posy Vase Vintage Cranberry Op posy vase. Very nice old vase; likely early Fenton Glass Co. Probably a posy vase; too large for a toothpick holder. I will research it when I have some time. It has no chips or cracks and stands 3.5 tall. There is a bit of old residue, (water or minerals) in the very bottom pedestal portion of vase; you'd need to soak it in something to get it out, but since it hardly shows when vase is upright, I don't consider it much of a flaw, see photo 7. Very unique vase. 5/18scs

budvase1018

Antique Glass Bud Vase Antique glass bud vase. c: pre 1916. It glows a strong yellow under a black light. It has no chips or cracks and has some gold residue left on it. It stands 8.5 tall and is very elegant. It could use a better cleaning but I did not want to scour it for fear of removing any remaining gold from it. I am sure this pattern is in one of the glass books but I don't have time to peruse 1000's of pages of patterns. Any info you have is welcomed! 10/18
