Vintage Insecticide Bottle
Cool vintage glass bottle with metal top. Sears, Roebuck & Co., (it is now just Sears, not Roebuck), and made in usa. It is empty and in good condition. Great for the garden cupboard or potting shed display. It stands 8.5 tall. Great cross-collectible: garden accessories, vintage glass, advertising. It is likely still usable but have not checked it out. Being sold for display purposes. Neat item for the garden/potting shed, see pics. Cool Jars and Milk Bottle Carrier
Vintage milk bottle carrier with 8 cool vintage jars! Very cool! Vintage jars are the hottest selling collectible at shows; selling from $12-35 each! They are using them for everything including as lights, candles, dispensers. Fill with marbles, shells, seeds, beads, thimbles, clothespins, bath salts, pebbles, etc. So many uses or just display as is! First is the vintage dairy carrier; it has rust on it, you can spray paint it to match your kitchen, or leave it rustic. These alone sell for $45 and up at shows. The first jar is a large Hazel Atlas jar with a red lid that reads: Royal Snack, Herring Tidbits, Haradel Corp. Neat old jar. Next is a Crown Canada canning jar with zinc and glass lid. Next is a cool French's Mustard jar with Hazel Atlas logo on bottom. Next is a jar with bail handle, and the HA logo on bottom. Next is a faint blue jar with red lid that reads: Red Pelican Pure Horseradish, USA. And, it says Duraglas on bottom with an Owens Illinois logo? on bottom. It has some crackles in the bottom of jar so it is just for display. Next is a Wheaton USA jar with a bail handle. Next is a tiny Hazel Atlas jar with a green lid, it is only 2.75 tall. Last is a Ferrara Candy Mint Peas jar with bail handle, Made in USA, not sure of the age on this jar. I do know that Wheaton and Hazel Atlas are no longer in business. HA went out in 1964. There is also a cute vintage linen Dutch Country kitchen towel that doesn't look like it was ever used. Just a nifty assortment of vintage jars for your collection. Or, use this as your own storage unit for screws, bolts, nails, tacks, etc. I have to keep my tools away from my hub so this is a convenient and attractive way to keep items in a place he wouldn't think of! 8/13

Vintage Laundry Detergent Boxes
Vintage laundry detergent boxes. All four for one price; no soap left inside the boxes. First is the Magic Washer (with spoon inside), made by Iowa Soap Co. Next is the Ivory Snow box (34 cents on top). Next is the Drive box by Lever Brothers Co., NY. Last is the Chiffon box by the Armour and Co., Chicago. The Chiffon box appears to the the oldest judging by the graphics on back of box. The Drive box is in the best condition; others are showing some age wear. The spoon in the Magic Washer was very tarnished until I polished it up a bit. Cool items to display in your laundry room. Most of these older boxes sell for $45 and up at estate sales and antique shops; you're only paying $16/each. 1/22

Antique Newbro's Dandruff Bottle
Antique Newbro's herpicide dandruff bottle. It reads: 'Kills the Dandruff Germ'. This aqua glass bottle is 11 inches tall. It is showing age/ware; cloudiness. I did not attempt to even clean it, but you could soak it efferdent or soapy water. It also has one spot there it looks like a large bubble burst on surface of the bottle; a common flaw on old bottles. Neat for a bottle collection, or to put in your vintage powder or laundry room! 5/17

Vintage Shedd's Peanut Butter Tin and Jar
Vintage Shedd's peanut butter tin. Cool old tin with handle. It once held 5 lbs. of peanut butter. It has animals and elves circling the tin. The tin is 6.5 tall x 5.75 wide. Good display condition; lid is very hard to get on and off which is likely why the lid is somewhat dented. The cool Shedd's peanut butter jar is a refrigerator jar with 2 elf like creatures on the lid. It is 4 tall x 3.25 wide; good vintage condition. Neat items for your tin, glass, advertising, or peanut butter collection! Price is firm now. 12/14br

Antique Seed Box
Antique wooden seed box. Has tongue and groove corners. Inside seed pictures is intact and reads: Mandeville & King Co. Superior Flower Seeds, Rochester, N.Y. You can see where the original paper slots would have fit on the bottom of box but are no longer there. The box itself is showing a lot of age; has some splits in the wood, but makes a great primitive display item. It is 15.5 wide; x 3 deep x 12 tall not including handle. It would also make a cool artist paint brush box. Just saw one of these sell at a live auction for $185! Nice display item for a potting shed or to store seedpacks, postcards, candles, etc.! cstroyest9.07

Linit Liquid Starch Bottle Vintage
Vintage liquid starch bottle. Very cool old bottle; great for your laundry room display shelf! Reads: Linit, Liquid Starch, Corn Products Co., NY USA. 59cents. Bottom has an M in a symbol; Metroglass? The paper label is intact and pretty darn good condition which is why I could not clean out the bottle because if you get the label wet it will fall off. The bottle is 10.25 tall; tin handle. There is also raised LINIT lettering on the bottle. 6/11tgscs

Vintage laundry room cleaning bottles. Both for one price. One is a Little Bo Peep Ammonia bottle and other is a Roman Cleaner bottle. Vintage Brevettato Electric Razor
Vintage Brevettato Italian electric razor. c:1971. Still in box, doesn't look like it was ever used since the cord still has the original ring around holding it in place and the directions are inside. It does work, (plugged it in to check). Vintage Glass Jars w/Basket
Vintage glass jars and metal basket. Cute metal basket. The basket is not old, but neat and filled with 6 cool vintage jars! First is the awesome Hazel Atlas round jar with green bands. It has a palm tree on the tin lid, good condition. Next is a Hazel Atlas Kraft French dressing jar; the lid is somewhat worn. Next is a Pur Co. Brand Salad Cherries jar; showing some age/wear. No bar code on lid and old State abbreviation, Reallemon Co. Chicago, Ill. Next is a neat Mario's Spanish olives jar, Detroit, Michigan, good vintage condition, vivid colors. Next is a Peter Pan crunch jar, no bar code on lid and most peanut butter now comes in plastic jars. The lid is somewhat aged/worn; the bottom of jar has some cracks in the glass but these are not major and the jar displays fine. Last is an old jar with red metal lid. This jars has ribs and horizontal design. The lid edges are dinged presumably from using a jar opener to open it off the jar. The lid is hard to get off and on but it is a neat looking oldie; great to just display as is. You can put dispenser lids on the jars, or serrated lids to use for potpourri or use them as individual vases, just leave in the basket for a unique kitchen display! 12/14vs

Dairy Milk Bottles Vintage
Vintage dairy milk bottle assortment. Half pint bottles with a metal holder. First is the vintage Borden's bottle which is showing some age/wear as expected; and it has a verticle line pattern. All of them are about 5.5 tall. Next is a vintage Parkview Dairy Co., Detroit Mich. bottle. Note the old State abbreviation. It is also showing some age/wear and a glass fracture that is within the glass near the top rim portion. Next is a J&J Farms, Beatrice, Nebraska bottle black and red colors; good condition. Not sure if this is vintage or not, but it's neat! Last is a plain bottle that I think says Duraplas on the bottom 1/2 pint. Plus, you get the cute wood sign: Fresh Milk with purchase! 12/15

Wire Basket w/Vintage Jars
Cool wire basket with 5 jars. Three of the jars are vintage; one is not and one I am not sure one. First is a very neat Hazel Atlas jar; tall rectangular shape with ribs, zinc lid. It has a glass fracture that is within the glass near top of jar, can't feel anything to the touch, see pic #5. It also has some surface pits; it is a very old jar with HA logo on bottom. Stands 6.5 tall. Next is a very cool Ball jar that is 7.25 tall. It might have been a pickle or olive jar? This one has a zinc lid and A14 number on bottom. It has a beaded circle on bottom but I don't think this is a new jar; I haven't come across one like this before. Next is an old Ball special wide mouth jar with zinc lid. It is 4.25 tall x 3.75 wide with ribs on sides and back of it. Neat jar. Next is a Wheaton USA jar with glass lid and zinc wire. Wheaton is no longer in business. This jar is 5.25 tall. Last is a newer jar with older lid. Atlas Mason 5.75 tall, rectangular shape. Plus, the cute round wire basket. The basket is not old, but is attractive for displaying these cool jars! One of the pics shows the Ball jar with a dispenser lid which is not being sold with is assortment. The dispenser and serrated lids can be found at craft shows; they add some versatility to your jars so you can use them as soap dispensers in country style powder rooms, or as vases or for pot pourri. Or, you can just the display the basket of jars as is! Price is firm. 9/13

Silver Springs Vintage Water Bottle
Vintage Silver Springs water bottle. c:late 19th, early 20th C. Great looking old aqua bottle with raised mark: Silver Springs Water Company Detroit in a large triangle shape; bottom has a small triangle shape E-30. It is 11 tall and 4.5 inches wide. It needs a good soaking in some coke or efferent or something to remove some of the mineral deposits on the interior. No chips or cracks.

Vintage milk bottles, a cute little wood basket and a kitten linen towel. These are vintage 1/2 pint glass milk bottles, likely antique. One is a 3 cent bottle, other is a 5 cent bottle. You also get the wood basket and a vintage linen towel. One bottle is marked: 3 Cent Deposit; This bottle property of Dairy Container Corporation, Detroit, MICH. (note the old state abbreviation: MICH vs. MI). Bottle has no chips or cracks, and fired on colors, (pyro), and is 5.25 tall. Other bottle reads 5 Cent Store, 5 Cent Bottle, Sealed #14, Universal Store Bottle Half Pint Liquid, Reg. US. Pat. Off. It is 5.5 inches tall and no chips or cracks either! 3.08vari

Dairy Milk Bottle Vintage Assortment
Vintage half pint milk bottles with basket and linen towel. The bottle with the red lettering is Miller Bros. Creamery. One is a Borden's bottle and last one is a Jersey Cry. bottle. All are about 5.5 inches tall. The Borden's bottle is showing age/wear. You can add some x-mas snow flakes, salt, sugar or white sand to make them look like they have milk in them or add a real or faux flower for a unique table display! The linen kitchen towel featuring fruit is vintage; the wire basket is not vintage but is a cute item to display these bottles in. 4/17

Vintage Grayline Peeler
Vintage Grayline peeler. c.1940-50's. Nice collectible gadget still in the original packaging! It is Granny's Real A Peeler by Grayline and is nickel plated, No. 900; 6 inches long. A great gadget for your collection! This is shown on pg. 119 of B. Alexander's book, and hard to find with original packaging since most gadgets were used in the kitchen.

Vintage Nordic Ware rosette and timbale iron patty shell with box. The box has old Hudson's price sticker of 1.98. Hudsons was a finer department store, precursor to Macys in MI and went out of bix a long time ago. The box contains a colorful Nordic Ware pamphlet of American Recipes.
