Cool Jars and Milk Bottle Carrier
Vintage milk bottle carrier with 8 cool vintage jars! Very cool! Vintage jars are the hottest selling collectible at shows; selling from $12-35 each! They are using them for everything including as lights, candles, dispensers. Fill with marbles, shells, seeds, beads, thimbles, clothespins, bath salts, pebbles, etc. So many uses or just display as is! First is the vintage dairy carrier; it has rust on it, you can spray paint it to match your kitchen, or leave it rustic. These alone sell for $45 and up at shows. The first jar is a large Hazel Atlas jar with a red lid that reads: Royal Snack, Herring Tidbits, Haradel Corp. Neat old jar. Next is a Crown Canada canning jar with zinc and glass lid. Next is a cool French's Mustard jar with Hazel Atlas logo on bottom. Next is a jar with bail handle, and the HA logo on bottom. Next is a faint blue jar with red lid that reads: Red Pelican Pure Horseradish, USA. And, it says Duraglas on bottom with an Owens Illinois logo? on bottom. It has some crackles in the bottom of jar so it is just for display. Next is a Wheaton USA jar with a bail handle. Next is a tiny Hazel Atlas jar with a green lid, it is only 2.75 tall. Last is a Ferrara Candy Mint Peas jar with bail handle, Made in USA, not sure of the age on this jar. I do know that Wheaton and Hazel Atlas are no longer in business. HA went out in 1964. There is also a cute vintage linen Dutch Country kitchen towel that doesn't look like it was ever used. Just a nifty assortment of vintage jars for your collection. Or, use this as your own storage unit for screws, bolts, nails, tacks, etc. I have to keep my tools away from my hub so this is a convenient and attractive way to keep items in a place he wouldn't think of! 8/13

Vintage Milk Bottles
Four vintage pint size milk bottles with metal wire basket. The bottles are all showing some age/wear as expected like cloudiness, scratches, scuffs, but are not bad. One bottle is a cool 5 cent bottle with ribbing, see pic #8. The other 3 are plainer looking bottles. The wire basket has a heart design; it is not vintage, but very cute. It's an estate sale item purchased to showcase these old bottles in! You can remove the white snowflakes and put water in them with a sunflower and use as a table centerpiece, or on a windowsill. Or, fill them with pot pourri and use on the back of a commode in your powder room! Be creative! 10/13vs

Dairy Milk Bottles Vintage
Vintage dairy milk bottle assortment. Half pint bottles with a metal holder. First is the vintage Borden's bottle which is showing some age/wear as expected; and it has a verticle line pattern. All of them are about 5.5 tall. Next is a vintage Parkview Dairy Co., Detroit Mich. bottle. Note the old State abbreviation. It is also showing some age/wear and a glass fracture that is within the glass near the top rim portion. Next is a J&J Farms, Beatrice, Nebraska bottle black and red colors; good condition. Not sure if this is vintage or not, but it's neat! Last is a plain bottle that I think says Duraplas on the bottom 1/2 pint. Plus, you get the cute wood sign: Fresh Milk with purchase! 12/15

Vintage red kitchen collectibles. First is the cut red basket, (not vintage). Inside is a cool vintage Isalys 1/2 pint milk bottle, winner of the 1940 Ohio State Farm lst prize. Next is a graniteware butter melt. Next is a Nutbrown, Made in England french fry cutter. Next is a nice vintage apron with flower pot design. Vintage milk bottles, a cute little wood basket and a kitten linen towel. These are vintage 1/2 pint glass milk bottles, likely antique. One is a 3 cent bottle, other is a 5 cent bottle. You also get the wood basket and a vintage linen towel. One bottle is marked: 3 Cent Deposit; This bottle property of Dairy Container Corporation, Detroit, MICH. (note the old state abbreviation: MICH vs. MI). Bottle has no chips or cracks, and fired on colors, (pyro), and is 5.25 tall. Other bottle reads 5 Cent Store, 5 Cent Bottle, Sealed #14, Universal Store Bottle Half Pint Liquid, Reg. US. Pat. Off. It is 5.5 inches tall and no chips or cracks either! 3.08vari

Antique Graniteware Milk Cannister
Awesome antique graniteware milk can. Cobalt blue rim; wood bail handle. Minimal wear; just 2 spots on finial where enamel is chipped off. This item is 7 tall to rim edge of 8.75 up to finial. Once used for milk and/or soup, (like a thermos). The rim looks black until you look at it up close under a strong light, then you can see that it is cobalt blue. That little spot that looks like a dent is not a dent; it has those two marks on both sides; it how the lids stays in place. Cool item, hard to find. 3/10esa#2938

Milk Bottles Vintage w/Wire Rack
Vintage half pint milk bottles and rack. Great display item for a dairy bottle or primitive collector. The rack is not antique but looks vintage. One bottle reads: W.J. Kennedy Dairy Co., Detroit, Mich., and it has a child's face on it and zigzag lines around neck. Very cool old bottle. Next is a DCC, Detroit Creamery Bottle, Detroit, MICH; note the old State abbreviation. Next is a Sealtest bottle. The last bottle has no maker's name. The Kennedy and plain bottle are in good condition; the other 2 bottles are somewhat cloudy. A soak in efferdent might help. Or, just add some faux snow flakes to make it look like they have milk in them. 6/11vari

Vintage Metal Wire Carrier
Vintage metal wire carrier. I am very confident this is an old milk bottle carrier. It has a tad of rust on it and is a very solid, sturdy metal. You can spray it another color; shabby chic it white, or leave as is. Plants are not included. These old carriers are cute to display small McCoy planters with plants, or milk bottles, antique fruit jars, etc. Or, add a variety of wine and give as a shower or housewarming gift! 11/11

Antique Munising Butter Mold
Antique Munising Michigan butter mold and vintage linen towel. Very old wood mold that has the original label on the front that reads: Munising, Mich. and something else, note the old State abbreviation on it. You need a magnifier to make out the words. This mold has dove tailed edges, and a flat press; no carved design on it. Good condition for its age, and stands 3.5 tall x a bit over 5 wide x 3.25 deep. It has one little hole on the backside that looks like someone drilled it in order to maybe hang it up or something. You also get the linen kitchen towel that doesn't appear to have been used. It reads: Peddlers General Store, Marysville, Ohio, Ohio's largest country store. It features many types of antiques on it. Cool primitives for your country kitchen! 7/13

Vintage kitchen collectible assortment. 7 items, one price! First is the wood carrier basket, 'Fresh Eggs', not vintage but cute! Next are two glass pint milk bottles. One is 'Lord's Dairy', other is 'Meadow Gold'; both in good vintage condition. Next are two cast metal rooster molds, (not sure of age on these, maybe 1950's?). Pint Milk Bottles w/Display Shelf
Vintage pint size milk bottles and display rack. The rack is an estate sale item, it is not vintage. The 2 pint size milk bottles are vintage. One is showing a lot of age/wear; scuffing, bruising but no cracks or chips. I have some snowflake material in them for display purposes. You can dump that out and put water and a flower, or pot pourri, etc. The center slot has a faux plant which you could replace with another pint bottle. Vintage Jar & Basket Assortment
Vintage canning jars and a cool metal basket. Plus, a linen kitchen towel. Vintage jars: the hottest selling collectible at shows; selling from $4-$35 each! They are using them for everything including as lights, candles, dispensers. Fill with marbles, shells, seeds, thimbles, clothespins, bath salts, etc. So many uses or just display as is! The metal basket is a newer estate sale item, but is super cute! Inside are 5 vintage glass jars with zinc lids. 3 are canning jars, not sure of the other 2. The smallest canning jar has a Presto lid. Next is an 'Improved Gem Made in Canada' jar with zinc and glass lid; it is 7.25 tall. Next is a cool 5 inch Ball Freezer Cap jar;; the old lid has some pinholes in it. Next is an awesome heavy duty ribbed 7.5 inch glass jar with some scuffing on the glass but no chips or cracks; marked 725-5 on bottom. Last is a 5.5 inch jar; not sure what type of jar this was either it doesn't look like a canning jar. You also get the Irish linen kitchen towel featuring Irish cottages. It doesn't appear to have been used. A neat basket to display or give as a unique housewarming gift! Mason Vintage Jars & Rustic Basket
Three vintage mason jars with an artist signed metal and wood basket. All the jars have antique zinc lids. One jar is a vintage Ball Mason with ribbed design. The two other jars are vintage Hazel Atlas; they are plain jars, no embossing on them, with the HA logo on the bottoms, see pic #8. All of the jars are 5.5 tall. One of the HA jars has 2 scratches on the bottom. The cool basket is an estate sale item; signed Lynn D. 96'. Very country and cute. You can use the jars for candles, seashells, beads, pot pourri, thimbles, pincushions, marbles, pebbles, etc. Or, give it as a unique housewarming gift! Very versatile item. Antique Butter Crock Stoneware
Antique stoneware butter crock. Being sold as a collectible item, not for food use since I did not manufacture it and I don't know if it has anything harmful in it. Missing the wood lid which you could replace if you are handy or know someone that can cut a piece of wood to size. This crock has 3 stilt marks on the bottom. It is almost 6 inches tall x almost 6 wide. Some smearing of the cobalt blue glaze. Cool old piece. You could also use it as a unique planter or in a powder room for bath salts, pot pourri, etc.! 1/14

Dairy Milk Bottles w/Carrier
Three painted milk bottles with metal carrier. The bottles are copies of original 1800's Thatcher Dairy bottles. But these bottles and rack do look like fairly old copies, not like the newer copies put out by the Crownford China Co. in the 60's and another company in the 80's. These appear to be older than the 60's. The red rubber rings are quite aged; the paint is original and doesn't show up under a black light, and the carrier is quite old looking too. The carrier opens on the side which unlatches. The Thatcher Dairy must have predated copyright protections which is how other companies could have made copies of the originals. The glass bottles have no cracks or chips, just the paint is chipping off. The bottles stand just shy of 11 inches tall. Porcelain lids with zinc bail handles. Embossed lettering: Absolutely Pure Milk with a cow and man milking the cow. On backside it reads: George Bacon Bottle Patented 1884 One Quart. Cool country, primitive or 4th of July display! I would estimate the age to be from the 1920's-30's, but can't verify that. If you don't want these bottles in the rack; replace them with your favorite collectible milk bottle brand like Twin Pines, Wilson's, etc.! Ceramic Milk Bottles w/Rack
Three ceramic milk bottles with metal rack. The tallest bottle with blue, pink and green large flower design is by Emerson Creek Pottery, Va., 2001. Nice well made bottle that is 7.5 tall. Next is a very cute bottle with boy and pig that reads: 'Guess What?' It is heavy and well made also, signed Drew's Ceramic. It is 7 inches tall. Last is a bottle with sunflower design. It is 5.75 tall. The metal rack has a handle that can fold down. You could add sunflowers to the bottles and use them as vases or just use as a neat kitchen display! You can also spray paint it another color like white, yellow, etc. 8/14vs

Santa Ana Crock Shop Bottle Display
Santa Ana Crock Shop ceramic milk bottles. The two larger ones are marked Santa Ana Crock Shop; the other two are not marked. The Santa Ana bottles are 6.75 tall; the other two are 6.25 tall. The other two are heavy and are not dollar store bottles. The one with the sunflower and blue checker pattern and the one with the blue sponge and tiny flower pattern both have 3 stilt marks on their bottoms. No chips or cracks on them. I am not sure if the Santa Ana jars are for use as milk jars or if they were made just for display. You also get the metal basket that they are in which can be spray painted another color to match the jars, your table, or your kitchen! It makes a neat shelf or table display; add some sunflowers and use the jars as unique vases! 4/15vs

Vintage Milk Carrier
Vintage milk carrier. Nice old milk carrier; holds 2 bottles. Or, you can add 2 small McCoy pots/saucers. It is 10.5 tall x 8.5 long x 5.5 deep. This is not a repro item either. It came right out of a milkshoot in an old house and had 2 old milk bottles in it when purchased. I tossed the bottles because they were in very poor condition. 11/19

Dairy Milk Bottle Vintage Assortment
Vintage half pint milk bottles with basket and linen towel. The bottle with the red lettering is Miller Bros. Creamery. One is a Borden's bottle and last one is a Jersey Cry. bottle. All are about 5.5 inches tall. The Borden's bottle is showing age/wear. You can add some x-mas snow flakes, salt, sugar or white sand to make them look like they have milk in them or add a real or faux flower for a unique table display! The linen kitchen towel featuring fruit is vintage; the wire basket is not vintage but is a cute item to display these bottles in. 4/17

Graniteware Antique Pans
Antique graniteware pans. Three for one price. Very old pans; age est: 1800-early 1900's. From estate auction of Phyllis M. Dickinson, MI. First is a rare 8 cup 'onyx' muffin pan, aka, 'redipped brown & white' as the book states, and is shown on pg. 139 of Book 2 on Graniteware by H. Greguire, and the book value is very high. It is 14 long x 7.25 wide. You might think this pan is black and white, but when putting it next to black & white graniteware, it is not black and white. This type of graniteware was 'redipped' at the factory with a new color when the original color wasn't selling well according to the book. 'Onyx' is considered a rare color. Good overall condition too; just some tiny edge flakes and some rust dots as can be expected. Next is a rare antique 'onyx' milk can. It has the original tin lid. See the book by H. Greguire. This can is in good display condition on one side; but the other side has two spots of enamel missing, see photos. Wood bail handle with seamed body. This can is 8 tall x 4 wide. Last is a hard to find black and white mottled gw shovel. The handle is seamed with eyelet for hanging. It is 15 long and 4.5 wide. It has some rust dots but displays fine. 9/14
