Native American Pottery Vase
Native American pottery vase. This vase is very heavy for its size and has a well worn bottom rim. It is initialed A and S? on the bottom and stands 4 high x 3wide at bottom. It has a few tiny spots where blue glaze has flecked off and white clay is showing, but very minor, and no hairlines. They do still make pottery like this out in Arizona/New Mexico, but this does appear to be an older vase judging by the weight and wear on bottom.

Hand Thrown Art Pottery
Southwest style art pottery vase. Very HEAVY hand formed vase with a Southwest/Native American geometric design. Feels like stoneware; has ridges on interior indicating it was hand made. The black coloring on it is actually darker than the pictures show; my battery was low. This vase has an incised mark: SB RTR. and what looks like a symbol and a 5. Good condition, no chips or cracks. It measures about 6 wide x 3.25 tall. Would be lovely with mission, southwest style furnishings, or with other stoneware.

Vintage Santa Clara black pottery vase signed: Nicolasa, Santa Clara. Nicolasa Naranjo, c: 1907-2002. Research indicates this would have made in the 1980's. This vase is 5.5 long x 4.5 wide x 2.5 tall. Attractive vase; minimal age/wear; no chips or cracks. Very collectible piece than can go in an Arts & Crafts room, modern or contemporary rooms too! 7/18utcs

Signed Art Pottery Stoneware Vase
Very attractive signed art pottery stoneware vase. Looks Native Amrican but not sure. Heavy duty, art pottery stoneware vase with incised mark on the bottom which I cannot completely read but it looks like an S with a T, not sure on the T though. It has muted reddish and tan colors and measures 5.75 high x 3.75 wide at bottom rim. Good condition, and quite heavy. This vase would go very well in any stoneware, southwest style, or contemporary collection.

Vintage Southwest Style Pottery Vase
Vintage Southwest style pottery vase. This looks like an older Mexican vase; possibly Native American. It is 10.5 tall; is hand thrown; and is 31 inches around body. One small crackled spot shown in the pic #6 and some white spots. There might be a mark on bottom but it is very worn so not sure. The bottom is rounded so you also get the metal stand with it. The stand is not old, just an estate sale item; if you want it, it is free; leave a note on the order. Attractive piece of vintage pottery that would work in a SW style room or Mission style. USA destinations only. 9/09esa#
