All of my McCoy pieces are guaranteed to be authentic McCoy pottery. I am a collector, as well as a seller of vintage pottery and handle literally hundreds of pieces of pottery on a weekly basis.

Floraline is a line of McCoy pottery that was made by McCoy in the 1940's; Roseville Floraline by McCoy was introduced in 1960 for the retail florist industry; most pieces are marked Floraline with a model number, some will also have USA, and LC or MCP on them. LC for Lancaster Colony, and MCP for Mt. Clemons Pottery. Both companies owned & operated the Nelson-McCoy company for a period of time. Some of the Floraline Roseville items will also have FF on them for Fineforms. Reference info: Vol. 111 McCoy Pottery by Bob Hanson; & the 1980 book titled: The Collector's Ency. of McCoy Pottery by S. Huxford.

McCoy Pottery Rose Bowl Vintage matte white McCoy Pottery Floraline vase. This is the larger rose bowl and I have a smaller version for sale separately. A good size planter/vase that is marked #406 FLORALINE U.S.A. on bottom with dry bottom rim, (hard to see in photo, but easy to see in person). Some glaze drips; but no chips or cracks. Shown in vol 2 and 3 of the McCoy books. Measures 7.25 across, 5.5 across inside rim, x 6 tall. Great to use as centerpiece vase with silk flowers or stuffed with small roses. 12/09

McCoy Art Vellum Vase Vintage Vintage McCoy pottery vase. Art Vellum glaze; muted aqua mottled coloring. No mark and the book says it was not marked, see 1980 edit., pg. 65 of Huxfords. The McCoy book shows it in the matte green, but both McCoy and Brush McCoy made the art vellum glaze, however, I did not see this shape in the Brush book so I assume it is McCoy vs Brush McCoy. It is 8.25 tall. It has just a couple of minor flaws: 2 glaze pops; one piece of clay waste on body; one flake off bottom rim which doesn't show, and one teensy fleabite along bottom rim. Very nice hefty vase. This would work well in a mission/arts & crafts style room. 5/12brcs

Hand Formed Vintage Herb Jar Large Very large vintage hand formed herb jar. Yellowish dry clay bottom. My guess is early McCoy or Brush Pottery. It is 13 inches tall. No cracks; some minor surface glaze flakes near the outer lip edges of openings. It displays fine despite the minor flaws. It has a drainage hole in bottom. Great for strawberry plants, sedums, or faux plants. Thick, heavy-duty. Same color green as on the old McCoy dog bowls from the 1920's. 8/12scsr

Ball Pitcher Jug Vintage USA Vintage USA ball pitcher jug. This item is being sold as a collectible display item, since it might not be safe for food use due to its age. Great AQUA color, good looking ball pitcher/ice jug! It has incised 'USA' mark on the bottom. Likely a McCoy, Shawnee, or other vintage American pottery company. It actually looks just like the McCoy pitcher shown on pg. 123 of 1980 book by Bob Huxford. A nice piece for a pitcher or pottery collection This was likely made in the 1930's.

Bear & Beehive Cookie Jar Bear & Beehive cookie jar. This is same height, weight, and decoration as the McCoy and I do believe it is a genuine McCoy Pottery cookie jar. It is supposed to have a USA and number on bottom. I can see something that looks like it might be a number on the bottom when I move it around under a bright light, but not sure. The mark was likely absorbed under the glaze. It stands 9.5 tall x 8 wide. No chips or cracks and just a couple of tiny dots of missing cold paint on the nostrils and on one of the bee's wings. It's an adorable cookie jar and worth this price! 4/15

Porcelain Salt Box Strawberrry Porcelain salt box with strawberry motif. No maker's marks on it but very nicely made. Bottom rim edge is quite darkened indicating some age but not sure how old this item is. It could work well with the McCoy or Hyalyn strawberry dinnerware items. It is 5 tall x 5 wide x 4.5 deep and has an eyehole to hang it on the wall. 12/10s#3448

mccoy10413

Vintage McCoy Apple Wallpocket Vintage McCoy Pottery apple wallpocket. c:1953. This wallpocket has a couple of minor flaws which is why the price is reduced. It has one teensy-weensy glaze pop on body of apple, it is glazed over, so this is just a very minor factory flaw. It has one surface flake off a bottom leaf which is visible; and one flake on the underside of a leaf which is not visible from front display portion. If I were keeping this for myself to display I would just dot the visible flake with some green paint. The interior of the apple has some mineral deposits, but who cares, it's on the interior! As you can see from the pictures, despite the little flaws, it is still a great old McCoy for your collection! Final markdown.

No chips or cracks; has some glaze misses; where burgandy coloring missed, but does have the clear glaze over it. There are 3 small circular depressions around the rim area where the holes are supposed to be, but someone at the plant forgot to drill this one and I am not going to mess with it! McCoy Pottery Antique Curio Vintage McCoy Antique Curio pitcher and bowl. c:1960's. 2 in store; price is for one. Gorgeous! This beautiful matte finish pitcher and bowl is one piece. It stands 7 tall x 8 wide. One has no chips or cracks; the other one has a 1 inch hairline on the bowl rim edge. Dab it with some white porcelain repair or paint and you'll never see it again. It really is not very visible unless looking at it up under your nose so the price is not for this type of flaw. The hairline looks prominent in picture #5 because that is a magnified closeup. Perfect for a shabby chic or powder room! You could order both and put on each nightstand as a vase or you can make budoir lamps out of them by drilling a hole in the bottom. I also have this item in the gloss green and gloss brown. Perfect accessory for a small powder room!

McCoy Blossomtime Vase Pair Two matched vintage McCoy Pottery Blossomtime vases. Both for one price. One is fine, the other one has a visible hairline on frontside. Matte white Blossomtime urn vases. One vase has no chips or cracks; has some crazing, and 2 craze lines that are noticeable only if looking at it up close, but it still displays very well. Has raised McCoy mark on bottom. The craze lines might first appear as hairlines, but are not. One tiny craze line is on interior of top rim; other is to right of pink flower on frontside. Both vases stand 6.5 tall x 5.75 across top rim; and almost 4 inches wide at bottom rim. The other vase has a visible hairline which permeates both sides; it could be easily repaired since it is matte white; books at library tell how to repair pottery; and it is still a nice shelf piece.

mccoyflower1014

McCoy Pottery Flower Vase Vintage McCoy Pottery Chrysanthemum flower vase. c: 1950's. Very detailed. It is 8.25 tall x 7 wide with raised McCoy mark on the bottom. This vase is yellow with teal green and brown glaze. One side is fine; the other side has a couple of minor flaws that are common on this particular vase. See magnified photos 5-7 for closeups of the flaws. It has one tiny fleabite along top rim and also has a tiny rough dot on the outer part of a flower; it is like a tiny piece of clay waste. It has some tiny dry/rub areas, not noticeable unless looking for them. And it has a dark spot near the upper rim; that is glaze, it is not a repair. I checked it under a black light and no new paint shows up. It looks like when they were painting this before glazing it, they put too much of a glob of the dark glaze in that spot, (factory flubber). It also has some dirt residue on the interior. The side with the flaws is not bad despite the minor flaws, see photo #4 as compared to photo #1 without the flaws. This vase booked at $150-$200 a long time ago and the pricing depends on the detailing; some of these vases are not as detailed and look like globs of pottery instead of flowers. And, on this line of vases it is very common to have flaws due to all the details on them. I see them for sale in bad condition for much more than my price so why pay more? 1/16estcs

Vintage McCoy Lotus Jardiniere McCoy Pottery matte pink jardiniere. Two in the store, price is for one. This is a good sized jardinaire; 7 wide x 6.5 tall. I believe the pattern is 'Lotus Leaf' but will check the books when I have some time. Very pretty pastel satin matte pink jard. One has a drainage hole in the bottom; the other does not. Both have some crazing, pin pops. The one with drainage hole has some missing glaze near the hole.

Antique Nelson McCoy Matte Vase Antique McCoy Pottery leaves & berries matte finish vase. c:1920's. Very good size old vase; soft matte tan/brown and green. It is 7.25 tall x 6.5 wide at body. Very heavy; looks kind of small in the pictures, but it is a good sized vase, and is a darker tan color. One flaw: It has one old tiny chip off bottom dry rim which really doesn't even show when vase is upright, see picture 5 & 6. Really only visible when you pick the vase up at an angle and that is a close up, so chip appears larger than it is. 11/08csdix

McCoy Antique Curio Tall Vase Very tall vintage McCoy tall vase. I will add the shipping onto the invoice after the order is placed. If you want to know what shipping is prior to ordering, email me your zip code. 'Antique Curio' line; matte white with glazed grapes and leaves. c:1962. It looks small in the photo because I had to shoot it from far away to get it all in. It is a stately 14 inches tall; has raised McCoy USA on bottom; shown in all the books. It has 2 factory flaws; both are glaze misses; one on top rim; one on bottom rim. Edges of the flakes are smooth so this happened during firing; typical mcflaws. It also has one barely detectable fleabite on top rim and a few stray marks on it as shown in the pictures. Not perfect, but still quite lovely and very usable. Also, the pics of the flaws are magnified images, so they really are not bad in reality. Perfect for some corkscrew willow branches or long-stemmed roses! Shipping to usa destinations only due to its size. E-mail me your zip code prior to ordering for a nore accurate shipping quote. est1/09#

Nice sturdy planter; and this planter looks much cuter in reality than the pictures show it. Raised McCoy USA mark on bottom. The only flaw is some of the red cold paint on his/her bow is flaking off. This pooch is 7 tall x about 6.25 long. McCoy also made a poodle planter with an open base, but this style is harder to find. Price is firm. 5/09utantcs
