Copper Horse Vintage Bookend Ashtray
Vintage copper horse combination bookend ashtray. c:1935. Single bookend. Gorgeous hammered copper stylistic horse bookend and ashtray in one! It Looks art deco style to me. Has tiny incised mark on back bottom rim: ----apoli, Champion Products Inc. L.A. Calif. USA. Note the old State abbreviation on it. Good vintage condition; stands 6.5 tall x 4 wide x 5 long. A great accessory item to hold books in the bookcase, or as an ashtray or as a coin dish! 7/06brcs

Vintage Novelty Animal Planters
Vintage USA animal planters. = only $11/each! First is the Shawnee deer planter that is 7 tall x 3.75 long. Next is a cute small horse planter that is 3.75 tall x 3.75 long. No chips or cracks. Not marked; not sure which company made it but likely Brush McCoy. The prior owner has some floral foam and flowers in it which you can remove. Last is a 1939 Haeger bear and basket. Numbered: 267 and is shown in the Haeger book. Crafters often make these into unique pin cushions. He is 4.25 tall x 6 long. Very cute novelty planters to start or supplement a collection! 5/13vsmc

Vintage Hull Lamb Planters
Large vintage Hull Pottery lamb planters in the pink and blue. Both big lambs for one price = only $20/each. The blue bow one has no chips or cracks. It stands 8.5 tall x 7.25 long. It has incised Hull mark on bottom foot; other foot has word 'Art', and other foot has USA. The one with the pink bow is not marked and not all were marked. Pink bow has some pinpops on top of head and a couple of pindot black dots, (hot ash from firing). These are heavy duty, well made American pottery. Cute to display on a shelf in a nursery, or around Easter time with easter grass in them and jelly beans! 10/11est#

Shawnee Pottery Donkey Planter
Vintage Shawnee Pottery donkey figurine. Adorable hard to find Shawnee pottery animal figurine that the book calls a 'donkey'; however, it looks more like a fawn to me. It is shown on pg. 53 of the book by J. Mangus. This critter is heavy for his size, and well made, and not marked, and the books specifies that this figurine is not marked. It is about 6.25 tall x about 4.5; long; no chips or cracks; just missing a bit of the brown cold paint near its feet, tail and forehead. A very unique Shawnee figurine that is very difficult to find. Guaranteed authentic vintage Shawnee, as are all my items. 3/11

Vintage Lamb Planters
Three vintage lamb planters for one price. = only $9/each! One might be a Brush McCoy or UHL; very heavy duty. Ear is chipped and one paw has some chips. It is 6.25 tall x 5.75 long, see pic 2. Next is a cute lamb with cold paint intact and no chips, see pic 3. It is 5.5 tall x 5 long. Last is a gloss white lamb that is 6.25 tall x 6 long, no chips. These are cute for a nursery shelf or around Easter time filled with easter grass as table accessories. I will add the shipping onto the invoice after the order is placed. Rempel Pony & Cow Planters
Very cute vintage Rempel Frisky Pony planter and the Milky Cow planter. Both for one price. c:1940's-50's. Heavy-duty pony planters made by the Rempel Diamond Pottery Co.; Ruth W. Rempel was the author of the famous book: Deegie & The Fairy Princess; a really interesting book with different meanings. Both planters have a flat dry bottom, and all over fine, faint crazing. No chips or cracks, pony has a tiny glaze miss on back of tail. It is 8 tall x 6.75 long. The cow is 8.25 tall x 6.5 long. 12/12estcs

McCoy? Donkey and Cart Planter
Vintage USA donkey and cart planter. This planter shows up on 2 other sites as a McCoy planter from 1940, however, I cannot locate this item in my McCoy book so not sure. It has an incised USA mark on its bottom and does look and feel like a McCoy item from the 40's. It also has a nice satin white glaze finish. No chips or cracks. It is almost 8 inches long x 3 wide x almost 4 tall. It could be another USA company from that period I will check my other books when I have some spare time. Very nice planter for the windowsill or back of a commode with some pot pourri in it, etc. Be creative! 1/17

Vintage McCoy Lamb Planters
Vintage McCoy Lamb planters. All 3 for one price = only $13/each! Two are McCoy, the other one is unknown. The McCoy with blue bow is gloss white, not marked. Pg. 135 of 1980 book by Huxford indicates these were not marked. No flaws on this one but for a couple specks of missing blue cold paint on the bow. The McCoy lambs are 7.5 tall x 6 long. The McCoy with yellow bow has some minor flaws: missing some cold paint on the bow, one teensy fleabite off upper rim; and one surface chip off left back hoof; one glaze miss off right back hoof, and some tiny glaze pops and misses on body. The lamb with the orange cold paint is in good condition, 6 tall x 6 long. Not sure which company made this one, could be Brush-Mccoy. These old novelty planters are cute to display in a shabby chic room or on the table at Easter time with easter grass and jelly beans. 12/11smc

Cast Iron Antique Horse Bank
Antique cast iron horse bank. It is cast in two pieces and held together by one screw. This is being sold as a collectible item only; not for use by children. The horse has a tad of rust near his head. This bank is 5 across x 4.25 tall. Looks like turn-of-the-century; has straight, tight mold lines. Would make a nice addition to your cast-iron or vintage bank collection!
