Signed Paintings on Copper
Two signed paintings on copper sheets for one price. One is signed: J. Gilles? they feature large flowers and appear to have been framed at some time in their history but were without frames when purchased. They are both almost 12 inches x almost 10 inches wide. The edges show age/wear from being once framed and where the artist's name is there is some denting on the copper. Overall, they are quite nice and would benefit from a great frame! 5/17

Arts & Crafts Copper Tray
Awesome vintage arts and crafts copper tray. Incised mark: Craftsman Studios, Hand Made, Laguna Beach, Calif, 900 M. Note the old State abbreviation for CA. There is also a hammer and anvil symbol. This tray features a mexi man with donkey; this was a common theme on arts and crafts pottery and metalware. The tray is 18.5 long from handle end to other end x 6 wide x 1/2 tall. A really nice example of fine arts and crafts metalware. Original arts and crafts pieces are very difficult to find. Age est: 1910-20's. 4/14nhcsr

Arts and crafts hammered copper ashtray. Age est: 1920's. It has incised hammer and anvil symbol on bottom and 'Craftsman Co. #425'. It is 5.75 wide. Vintage condition; some minor dents but still looks great and you can use it too! A great cross-collectible: Tobacciana, Arts & Crafts, and Copper! A nice accessory item for your Mission style/Arts & Crafts room!

Vintage Hammered Copper Vessel
Vintage hammered copper vessel. It has a darker, richer patina than the photos show it; the camera tends to brighten up metalware. It has a loop handle that is riveted on. It stands 6 inches tall x 8 wide, not counting handle. No maker's mark on it. It has just a couple of dots of green patination/oxidation and one small worn surface area, see photo #8. Overall, it is a very nice piece of solid copper for an arts/crafts room or copper collection. It could be old CA or Mexican copper, not sure but I don't think it is Turkish, style is not similar. A great addition to your arts and crafts room or copper collection. 12/12rocs

Antique Hammered Copper Vase
Awesome antique hammered copper vase. This vase looks a bit small in the photo, but this is a good sized vase. Incised mark: 'Mexico'. This is a really fabulous piece; very attractive with a great patina. Age est: 1910-20's or earlier. Nice condition; quite hefty with wrought iron handles that are riveted onto the base with old deep reddish paint on the handles. It stands 10 inches tall x 9 wide. A great furniture accessory. Mexico is well known for their fine copper and silversmiths. One of the nicest pieces of copper I have on hand right now. 11/09actestblmf#2707

Vintage Hammered Copper Ewer
Great looking vintage hammered copper pitcher. The patina is darker than the photos show it; the camera illuminates the metal making it look brighter than it is. It had felt on bottom which I removed to see if there was a maker's mark. Well made; riveted handle. Not marked but the style doesn't look Turkish; could be old CA or Mexico, both famous for fine copperware. Very nice piece. It is 6.75 tall; perfect accessory for an arts & crafts/mission style room! Antique Jennings Bros. Miniature Bulldog
Antique Jennings Brothers miniature bulldog. Age est: late 1800's-1920's. The little white specks in the picture are sun glare. He is much better looking that the pictures are showing; deeper, richer copper coloring. This dog is not iron; the metal is likely copper but could be spelter; however, he is quite heavy for his size, (there is a bit of green from exterior copper oxidation on the dog's face). Jennings Bros. were famous for their high quality crafting and rich patination on metalworks; Bridgeport, Conneticut 1891-1950's. Hollow cast metal but no seam or mold lines show. Some wear to the copper finish on hind legs, no change in texture, just some darkened areas, see pictures. I could not locate another item like this by JB anywhere so it could be quite rare. It is 3.25 tall x 5.25 long. The raised JB mark is on the dog's scrotum, (that is how I know he is a male dog :) A wonderful unique piece! flcs11/08

Antique Royal Zinn Inkwell
Attractive antique Royal Zinn inkwell. It has a nice dark patina on it even though it looks bright and shiny in the photos; the camera tends to illuminate metal objects. This lovely copper finish over pewter or tin inkwell has a glass insert. It actually is much better looking than the pictures show it and is quite hefty. It has a raised logo on the bottom and #1062 Royal Zinn. It is 11 long x 5 deep x 2 tall. Some age/wear off the copper part where a pen would lay, but it's not bad. It looks very Arts & Crafts era, (age est: late 1800's-1920's). This is a very nice desk accessory! djau1206#1606-CC

Antique Hammered Copper Pan
Antique hammered copper pan. Wrought iron handle. Looks like it has some brass in it also. Likely made in Turkey a long time ago. A lot of wear on interior bottom; green patination. This large pan is 12.5 wide x 7 tall x about 43 inches around. A couple of small dents, but is not bad. Neat old pan that can be used for a variety of things like a potted plant; kindling wood, or to showcase old croquet balls, baseballs, pinecones, shells, etc. 6/13scsr

Vintage Copper Souvineer Spoons
Three copper souvineer spoons for one price. The longest one reads: Michigan, Mackinaw Bridge; it has a phoenix symbol, some other symbols, and back reads: Solid Copper. Looks old. Net is a Honolulu spoon with pineapple motif; back says: Genuine Copper. Last is the Wisconsin Bells spoon; back reads: Solid Copper. They do show some age/wear, but still are neat items for your collection! Sorry the closeups of the backs are blurry; my camera doesn't seem to be able to focus on tiny marks anymore! 12/14

Vintage copper bucket. Likely made in Turkey, but is not marked. Sold another one that had an old paper label on the bottom that said Turkey. Wrought iron handles that are riveted onto base. Bottom is dented but it sits flat. It is 9 inches tall x 9.5 wide. Very heavy duty solid antique copper foot warmer with brass screw top. Incised number on bottom: #30. No maker's marks. It is 12 long x 8 wide. Hammered Copper Pitchers
Three vintage hammered copper pitchers for one price. You can purchase in this group or individually under different item numbers. Shipping will be calculated after order is placed then you can proceed or cancel the order. Select your payment method but do not pay until I have added the shipping. The smaller one is very nice looking and appears to be the oldest; it has a copper handle and copper interior. It looks arts & crafts style. It stands 6.75 tall, no maker's marks on it. The midsize pitcher has a brass handle and tinned? interior. It stands 8.75 tall and is marked on the bottom: Made in Greece. It has a small dent on one side; lower portion of the body. Last is the tall pitcher marked: 8 1 R. It is 11.5 tall; some tiny dents but overall good condition. 11/15vs

Antique hammered copper tray. Incised mark on the back: H I - J. It is 19 x 12 wide. Some green oxidation and age/wear present and consistent with age and usage. Hefty tray; great for an arts/crafts room! Incised flower design in center of tray. Handles are riveted onto the tray. 1/17

Vintage Turkish Hammered Copper Pot
Vintage hammered copper pot. Incised mark: OTS Made in Turkey. Nice patina on this pot. Brass handles. It is not lined with tin, therefore, it is likely not for cooking. OTS still makes metalwares, they are considered copper masters. Due to the age, patina, I'd estimate this item is from 1920's-40's. It also appears to be hand made, not machine made. The hammered dots are not uniform as a machine made copper vessel would be. Very nice pot; perfect for an arts and crafts, Southwestern, or country room. 9/23st

Vintage hammered copper pot. Incised mark: OTS Made in Turkey. It is 7 tall x 9 wide at top x 10 wide across the bottom. Nice aged patina; age estimate: 1900-1920's. It appears to be hand made, not machine made. The hammered spots are not uniform as a machine made piece would be. It has a brass handle. Not likely for cooking since the interior is not lined with tin. According to my research, copper cooking pans are usually lined with tin or another metal if used for cooking, but don't quote me, better to do your own research. This pot is in good vintage condition; just one dent near bottom which is not really noticeable when it is upright. Great for flower arrangement, collections of balls, shells, etc. Nice for an arts and crafts, country or southwest style room. 9/23st

Has tiny incised mark on back bottom rim: ----apoli, Champion Products Inc. L.A. Calif. USA. Note the old State abbreviation on it. Good vintage condition; stands 6.5 tall x 4 wide x 5 long. Patented antique Manning Bowman copper basket. c:1917. Incised mark on bottom: Manning Bowman, Quality, Meridian, Conn. Note the old State abbreviation on it, Pat. May 25, 1915, #2311. Good condition; nice patina. It has not been polished; I like copper to look aged, but you can if you want to. Very nice detailing and openwork/fretwork. It is 8 tall x 8 wide. Large Antique Copper Vessel
Large heavy antique copper vessel. Not entirely sure if this is a planter, vase, bucket or what. Quite old as you can see; some copper oxidation on it; nice aged patina. It is 8.5 tall x 8 wide. It is not a 'mug'; way too large but will hold water. Makes a unique planter for orchids, ferns, etc. Age est: 1800's.
