Due to the new Sales Tax requirements, I will be not be selling anything to customers in Rhode Island, until your State comes up with a reasonable small seller exemption from State sales tax collection and/or their onerous notice requirements. Antique wood juror box. This is a hardwood box with dovetailed corners and a velvet lining. Bottom has impressed mark which is hard to make out; it reads: Factory No. 12 3rd, State of New York, Notice: The Many Jurors of the --- contained have charged with all the requirements of law --- This box Every person is cautioned not to xxx, then: Factory No. 12 3rd Dist. N.Y. 50. This box is 9.25 wide x 2.5 tall x 6.75 deep. If you look at it under a lamp you can see the alligatoring in the finish on the wood. It has two very tight splits on exterior of lid, but it is still a very unique antique box all the same!
